For the road warriors of the world, a home away from home is just what a hotel should offer — a stocked fridge (day or night), free wi-fi and all the comforts of home.

 

So we invited guests of competitive hotels to enjoy a free night on us, no strings attached.

 

This interactive mailpiece included a free night offer, a mobile experience generated through a QR code and a landing page where recipients could sign up to receive reminder emails throughout the promotion and discover this new brand of hotels.

 

The result? Room redemption that exceeded expectations and very happy clients! 

 

 

 

 

Sprint's Push-to-Talk customers were about to get a rude awakening with changes to their existing service. So AT&T jumped on the opportunity to announce its enhanced service.

 

We broke through the clutter with a dimensional mail kit, delivered via

Fed Ex, to capture recipients' attention and get them excited about the possibilities with AT&T's Push-to-Talk offering.

 

Our touchpoint strategy also included pre-announcement direct mail and email as well as follow-up email communications.

 

This campaign exceeded client objectives and put AT&T back on
the map with its new and improved Push-to-Talk service.

 

Our clients requested doorstep drama, and this engaging and interactive piece did just that!

 

To introduce this new boutique hotel brand, we targeted recipients based on competitive stay activity.

 

We created a sensory experience, showcasing each of the locally-inspired Andaz hotels, through the highly tactile nature of the piece, interactive elements and the overall essence of the message.

 

Special touches included a leave-behind collection of colorful coasters, a free night offer and a

QR code/mobile experience.

 

This resulted in increased brand awareness, room redemption and client satisfaction.

 

 

 

 

To get new cardholders to experience the most rewarding benefits of their Hyatt Credit Card, we created this multi-touch, integrated "Experience" campaign, which served as an ideal platform to deliver this striking series of email and direct mail communications.

 

Creative was targeted based on
a cardholder's engagement level
to help ensure that we were delivering the most relevant and meaningful messages.

 

Through this campaign, we were able to create stronger card preference and engagement, benefitting both the Hyatt and
Chase brands.

 


Bad hair days? Bad acne days? We've all been there, done that. But it doesn't have to be that way.

 

So we looked at customer insights and intelligence to bring our ideas to life in personal, relevant and meaningful ways for a number of our client's beauty brands.

 

This wasn't just about acquiring a new customer or winning back a former customer. This was about identifying with them and touching them with an emotional message
that resonated.

With this "Dream. Explore. Discover." pitch campaign, we were able to romance the experience one can truly enjoy with a remarkable stay at a Park Hyatt Asia. And it helped us win the business. 

 


There's an excitement that comes with planning the perfect vacation. But deciding where to go can be overwhelming.

 

So we created this interactive, dimensional direct mail pack that was designed to get everyone in the family involved in finding the perfect Hyatt Resort. And we made it easy by creating individual postcard packs, belly-banded by resort type.

 

Also included was a free night offer, making this creative mailpiece even

more enticing and memorable!

 

This strategy and creative execution behind this campaign also resulted in a successful pitch win.
